Following the recently announced five-year workplace services agreement with Ramudden, Modern IT is now highlighting the strategic approach behind the solution — with a strong focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and the value of building offerings together with key partners.
The agreement covers workplace services and lifecycle management for more than 5,000 client devices across 13 countries, including large-scale deliveries in the United States. Beyond hardware delivery, the setup is designed to support long-term efficiency, scalability and predictability across Ramudden’s international operations, while also supporting sustainability through a lifecycle-driven approach.
Rather than viewing workplace technology as a standalone procurement cost, Modern IT has taken a holistic approach to Total Cost of Ownership — considering the entire lifecycle of the IT workplace, from logistics and deployment to support, refresh and administration.

A key success factor in delivering the solution has been the close collaboration between Modern IT and its strategic partner Co-Ideation. Co-Ideation AB sells Avitech AB to Trexium Group AB – strengthening the partnership and streamlining the supply chain for Modern Work and AV solutions
Co-Ideation AB meddelar idag att bolaget har sålt sitt dotterbolag Avitech AB till Trexium Group AB, som därmed tar över ägandet och den operativa driften av verksamheten. Affären är ett naturligt steg i det växande samarbetet mellan Co-Ideation och Trexium inom ramen för deras gemensamma strategi kring Modern Work, Workspace Innovation-as-a-Service (WIAAS) och cirkulära tjänster.
Strategisk bakgrund
Försäljningen av Avitech är en del av Co-Ideations långsiktiga strategi att fokusera på plattformsdrivna tjänster och partnerskapsmodeller genom Workspace Innovation-as-a-Service (WIAAS) och Ecorecon. Genom att låta Trexium ta ett helhetsansvar för Avitech stärks den gemensamma kapaciteten inom Audio-Visual-integration, staging, support och fältservice, områden som är centrala i båda bolagens leveranser till kunder inom Sverige och internationellt.

Det strategiska samarbetet mellan Co-Ideation och Trexium fördjupas med ett gemensamt fokus på innovation, hållbarhet och kundvärde. Plattformen WIAAS utgör en viktig del av denna samverkan, medan Avitech även framöver får en central roll i projekt som förenar Modern Work och cirkulär teknik, inklusive Reachtech och Ecorecon-lösningar.
“Genom att Avitech blir en del av Trexium-koncernen får vi en ännu tätare koppling mellan teknik, logistik och service. Det stärker båda organisationerna och våra gemensamma kunder får en mer samlad och effektiv leverans,” säger Jonas Vennersten, VD för Trexium Group AB.
Marc Buchmann, VD på Avitech samt övrig nyckelpersonal finns kvar och fortsätter utveckla Avitech. Avitech har sitt säte i Linköping och består av sex medarbetare – inklusive VD Marc Buchmann och fem erfarna AV-specialister. Bolaget kommer att fortsätta verka under eget namn som en del av Trexium Group och behålla sin verksamhet i Linköping.

Co-Ideation AB sells Avitech AB to Trexium Group AB – strengthening the partnership and streamlining the supply chain for Modern Work and AV solutions.
Co-Ideation AB today announced the sale of its subsidiary Avitech AB to Trexium Group AB, which will assume ownership and operational responsibility for the business. The transaction marks a natural step in the growing collaboration between Co-Ideation and Trexium within their shared strategy for Modern Work, Workspace Innovation-as-a-Service (WIAAS), and circular services.
Strategic Background
The sale of Avitech is part of Co-Ideation’s long-term strategy to focus on platform-driven services and partnership models through Workspace Innovation-as-a-Service (WIAAS) and Ecorecon. By allowing Trexium to take full responsibility for Avitech, the joint capacity in Audio-Visual integration, staging, support, and field service is strengthened — all areas that are central to both companies’ deliveries to customers in Sweden and internationally.

Trexium now gains an even stronger operational platform through Avitech, while we at Co-Ideation focus on scaling our WIAAS platform globally. Future Collaboration
The strategic collaboration between Co-Ideation and Trexium will deepen with a joint focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer value. The WIAAS platform will remain a key component of this partnership, while Avitech will continue to play a central role in projects that unite Modern Work and circular technology, including Reachtech and Ecorecon solutions.

Marc Buchmann, CEO of Avitech, along with other key personnel, will remain in place to continue developing the company. Avitech is based in Linköping and consists of six employees – including CEO Marc Buchmann and five experienced AV specialists. The company will continue to operate under its own name as part of the Trexium Group and maintain its operations in Linköping.
